Meet the folks who shape the Expand the Canon lists!
The Reading Committee makes the Expand the Canon project possible. In our database of 7000+ plays by women and non-binary writers, we read about 250 plays a year in order to choose the 9 best. Our trusted community of theatre artists, professors, and translators are the first step for any classic play we’ve found. Each member reads two plays a month in our evaluation process, and we trust and value their opinions! With such an incredible group, this community also meets monthly to connect, share their thoughts, and network.
